Improving customer experiences and retention with big data analytics

Damian Kowalczyk: In today's digitized and interconnected world, organizations are increasingly looking to customer analytics to help them boost end user satisfaction.

Majority of organizations struggle to harness big data, or still consider it as a fad. Those that try to capture and analyze it on their own fail due to the volume, velocity, and variety of unstructured information available today. Microsoft and DTU join forces to relieve their burden by developing tools based on a hybrid approach unexplored before.
