A student who has met the objectives of the course will be able to:
- Identify emerging trends in cyber security technology
- Define the intended objectives of selected emerging security technologies
- Define key concepts and principles addressed by the selected security technologies
- Analyze the impact of new cyber security technologies on current systems
- Propose integration or mitigations strategies to address the impact of new security technologies on an organization’s legacy systems

Course content will reflect current trends in cybersecurity, so topics covered in the course will change to reflect the changing challenges organizations are facing and the emerging solutions to address these challenges.
