Lecture on pedestrian dynamics and other traffic models

Tuesday, December 2, 2014, 13-14, Yuri Gaididei, Bogolyubov Institute for Theoretical Physics, Kiev, Ukraine, gives a seminar entitled:

Pattern formation in nonlinear systems with asymmetrically coupled elements. Pedestrian dynamics in corridors.

Place: Matematicum, room 136, building 303B.

The talk will be on recent results on mathematical models of pedestrian flows, bifurcations and stability. Also models for one lane car traffic will be presented.

You are all invited to join the seminar.
