PhD seminar by Mirjam Godskesen: Realistic project management

With good project management, you get an overview of your project which enables you to make realistic plans and deadlines. This will make it easier to say yes and no to tasks and will increase your efficiency and reduce stress. At the workshop, we will work with:

  • Long and short term planning
  • Procrastination & ‘Eating the frog’
  • Decision making
  • The ‘game plan’ tool

We will practice using the ‘game plan’ tool together. It is a simple but very effective way of getting an overview and prioritizing your time.

As preparation please bring your calendar and get an overview of your planned work tasks in the three weeks following the workshop.

This lecture is part of a series of seminars organized by the PhD school at DTU Compute and part of course 02949 DTU Compute PhD seminars.
