Omvendt undervisning = Flipped classroom?

DTU Compute colleagues are invited to a DTU Compute seminar on teaching Thursday 30th of April, 12:00-14:30, building 324, room 60.

At DTU the intake of students is increasing. Which is good! But the pressure on our lecture halls and classrooms is critical, and DTU's board has introduced "omvendt undervisning". Can we turn this into an interesting or even exciting experience? At this seminar we will seek inspiration in the pedagogical trend "flipped classroom".

Main speaker is professor Jan Halborg Jensen from Kemisk Institut, Københavns Universitet. Jan has good experiences with flipped classroom and received KU's award for teaching, "Årets Harald", in 2013. The title for Jan's lecture is "I lecture no more".
